1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to RawaniGrow (“Platform”), operated by RawaniGrow Financial Advisory Services Ltd. By accessing, browsing, or utilizing any of our comparison tools, financial calculators, or advisory services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not accept these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Nature of Platform & Advisory Role

RawaniGrow functions solely as an institutional loan facilitator, corporate direct selling agent (DSA), and financial intermediary. RawaniGrow is NOT a bank, Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), or direct lender.

• All credit evaluation, sanction decisions, interest rate pricing, processing fees, loan disbursement, and credit limits remain at the sole discretion of the respective partner bank or NBFC.
• RawaniGrow does not guarantee approval, sanction amounts, or specific turnaround times, as these are subject to lender underwriting criteria and independent property/credit appraisals.
• Our advisory services are offered free of charge to retail borrowers. We receive statutory referral fees directly from partnered financial institutions upon successful disbursals.

3. User Eligibility & Declarations

By submitting an advisory request or loan eligibility inquiry, you warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• All financial, personal, and employment details provided are accurate, genuine, and verifiable. Submitting fraudulent documentation constitutes a criminal offense under applicable Indian laws.
• You grant RawaniGrow and its partnered institutional lenders explicit authorization to pull credit bureau records (CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, CRIF) to assess your borrowing profile.

4. Financial Calculator Disclaimer

The interactive calculators (including EMI Calculator, Balance Transfer Calculator, and Eligibility Estimator) provided on RawaniGrow are intended strictly for educational, illustrative, and simulation purposes.

Calculations are derived from standard reducing-balance mathematical formulas. Actual amortization schedules, first-EMI dates, broken-period interest, and statutory taxes (GST) will be determined solely by the sanctioning bank in its official sanction letter.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, content, editorial designs, ledger layouts, trade names, graphics, and trademarks (including “RawaniGrow” and “Your Financial Growth Partner”) are the exclusive intellectual property of RawaniGrow Financial Advisory Services Ltd. Reproduction or scraping without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RawaniGrow, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from loan rejection, lender delays, interest rate fluctuations, or service disruptions beyond our reasonable control.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
